When you reveal (withdraw) tokens, you specify the destination address. The relayer service submits the transaction on your behalf, breaking the link between your wallet and the withdrawal.
A time delay is applied between requesting and executing the withdrawal. This enhances privacy by mixing your withdrawal with others in the same time window.
The relayer pays the transaction fees, which are deducted from your withdrawal amount along with a 0.3% protocol fee.
